Solid state portable radio T23; made by Braun, Frankfurt.
According to army documents, a few portable solid state sets Braun T23 were acquired by the Swiss Army.

Operation
The portable solid state radios has the typical Braun design, with a very plain appearence.
A row of push buttons on the top of the cabinet is used to select the wavebands, two knurled wheels serve as power / volume control and tone control on the left and as tuning knob on the right.
The horizontal frequency display with the four bands is located above the speaker grill.
The original version of the Braun T23 came with mediumwaves and four shortwave bands, according to documents of IgUem, a LMKU unit was in use at the army - maybe someone with inside informations can push me to the right direction.

The Braun T23 was developed in the sixties and is a solid state set equipped with germanium transistors of the OCxxx series.
